Welcome to PromptPic24, operated by Rahul Sarkar. These Terms explain the rules for accessing our website and using its accounts, content-sharing, community, and creator features.

Please read these Terms before creating an account or submitting content. If you do not agree, do not register, upload content, or participate in creator programmes.

1. Our Platform

Shop Rani Studio provides a place to discover and share AI photo and video prompts, browse creative content, and interact with creators. Some features, including video uploads, messaging, referrals, and earnings, may depend on availability, eligibility, or administrator approval.

Sharing a prompt does not mean that Shop Rani Studio operates the external AI tool used to generate its example image or video.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are not legally able to contract independently, do not independently register for an account or participate in creator earnings programmes.

• Provide accurate registration and payment information.
• Keep your password and verification codes confidential.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
• Do not use someone else's account without authorisation.
• Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for your own activity and for taking reasonable steps to secure your account. These Terms do not automatically make you responsible for every unauthorised action by another person.

3. Your Content and Permissions

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. Uploading material does not create ownership rights that you did not already have.

By submitting content for publication, you grant Shop Rani Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, and display it as necessary to operate and promote the platform. This includes showing your content with your public creator name.

Service providers may process the content on our behalf for these purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

When you remove or unpublish content, permission for new public uses ends, except where necessary for technical processing, backups, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Previously shared copies held by other users or external services may remain.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content, including any necessary permissions relating to people shown in photographs or videos.

4. Using Prompts, Images, and Videos

You may use the website's available features to browse content, copy shared prompts, and download content where a download option is provided, subject to applicable rights and any stated licence restrictions.

A copy or download button does not automatically grant unrestricted commercial rights, permission to resell content, or permission to claim someone else's work as your own.

Before commercial use, check the creator's permissions and the terms of the AI tool used. Rights relating to reference images, trademarks, likenesses, and other third-party material may still apply.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the platform to:

• Upload content you do not have permission to share.
• Post sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or endangers children.
• Publish nudity or adult sexual content contrary to our Creator Guidelines.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or expose private information about another person.
• Use manipulated images or AI content to impersonate, defraud, or deliberately mislead others.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, scams, or spam.
• Manipulate views, referrals, likes, or earnings through bots, fake accounts, repeated artificial activity, or coordinated abuse.
• Bypass security controls, access restrictions, upload limits, or account suspensions.
• Scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts the service, bypasses restrictions, or misuses personal information.

6. AI Content and Results

Content on this platform may be AI-generated or digitally edited. It should not be treated as evidence of a real person, event, endorsement, or situation.

The same prompt may produce different results depending on the AI tool, model, settings, and reference images. We do not guarantee identical results, originality, commercial suitability, or that every user submission is free of third-party rights.

You are responsible for reviewing generated results before publishing or using them.

7. Creator Earnings and Referrals

Where enabled, eligible creators may participate in view-based or referral programmes. Applicable rates, thresholds, and programme conditions are those displayed for the relevant programme at the time of participation.

• Participation does not guarantee income or a minimum payout.
• Displayed earnings may be provisional until eligibility and traffic checks are completed.
• Self-generated, automated, purchased, duplicate, or otherwise manipulated activity may be excluded.
• Withdrawal requests require accurate payment details and administrator review.
• Payout timing depends on review and the payment provider; submitting a request does not guarantee immediate payment.
• You are responsible for tax obligations that apply to your earnings.

We may correct calculation errors or hold disputed amounts while investigating suspected abuse. Any adjustment should relate to the affected activity. Contact us if you believe an adjustment is incorrect.

Programme changes will be communicated through the website or account area. New rates apply prospectively and do not by themselves cancel valid amounts already earned.

8. Moderation and Account Restrictions

We may review, reject, limit, or remove content and restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, security concerns, rights complaints, or legal obligations. Urgent protective action may occur without advance notice.

If you believe a decision was incorrect, email us with your username, the relevant content link, and an explanation. We will review the information provided. Account restrictions do not automatically cancel unrelated valid payment claims.

9. Copyright Complaints

To report suspected infringement, provide your contact details, identify the original work, include the disputed page link, and explain your ownership or authority to act. Please submit accurate information.

Details are available on our Copyright & DMCA page. If your content was removed by mistake, contact us with supporting information.

10. Privacy and Account Closure

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

For a permanent deletion request, contact rahulsarkar3088@gmail.com. Identity verification and applicable retention requirements may affect what can be deleted.

11. External Services and Advertising

The website may display advertisements, embedded media, or links to external services. Their availability does not mean we endorse every product, claim, or service shown.

External AI tools, websites, and payment providers operate under their own terms. Review those terms before submitting information, making a purchase, or using their services.

12. Availability and Liability

We aim to maintain a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of every upload. Keep your own copies of important content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of particular creative or financial results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as features or requirements change. The revised version will show an updated date. Material changes will be brought to users' attention through an appropriate website or account notice, with fresh agreement requested where required.

Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen. If you do not accept revised Terms, you may stop using the affected features and contact us about closing your account.

14. Questions and Disputes

Please contact us with a description of the issue and relevant account or transaction details so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using any complaint process, regulator, or court available under applicable law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
