Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to close your PromptPic24 account and request the permanent deletion of information associated with it. The website is operated by Rahul Sarkar.

1. Before Closing Your Account

• Save your own copies of photos, videos, prompts, and other content you want to keep.
• Review your earnings balance and pending withdrawal requests, if those features are available.
• Contact support about unresolved payment or content disputes.
• Keep a record of your username and registered email address so we can identify your account.

Closing your account does not automatically submit a withdrawal request or resolve a pending payout.

2. Close Your Account Through the Website

1. Sign in to your Shop Rani Studio account.
2. Open your account's profile-editing section.
3. Find the Delete Account option.
4. Enter your current website password when requested and confirm the action.

This action deactivates your account and hides associated posts. Account information remains stored to support the current recovery process.

If you signed in using Google and do not have a website password, or cannot access the deletion option, contact support. Never enter or send your Google password to us.

3. Recovering a Deactivated Account

The website supports recovery of deactivated accounts through its account recovery process. Follow the recovery instructions shown when signing in, or contact support if you cannot proceed.

Recovery depends on verifying access to the account. Once information has been permanently erased, recovery of that information may no longer be possible.

4. Request Permanent Data Deletion

Send your request, preferably from your registered email address, to:

Use the subject Account and Data Deletion Request. You may also submit an initial request through our Contact Us page.

Please include:

• Your username and registered email address.
• Your profile link, if available.
• Whether you want the entire account reviewed for deletion or only specific information removed.
• Links or details identifying any particular content covered by the request.

You do not need to explain why you want deletion. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or unrelated identity documents.

5. Verification and Review

We may need to verify that the request concerns your own account before changing or deleting information. Verification helps prevent someone else from deleting your account without permission.

If you cannot access your registered email address, explain this in your request. We will review whether another suitable verification method is available.

A request is not an automatic deletion command. Support must review the account, the requested scope, and any information that needs to be retained.

6. Information Covered by a Request

Depending on the features you used, your request may cover:

• Account registration and profile information.
• Uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and related post details.
• Comments and other contributions associated with your account.
• Viewing history, saved activity, and account preferences.
• Messages and attachments, subject to recipient-related limits.
• Stored payout details and earnings-related information.

These categories describe what can be reviewed. They do not mean every record is automatically erased when you use the Delete Account button.

7. Information That May Be Retained

Some records may need to remain for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security investigations, unresolved disputes, or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Backup copies may also remain until they are replaced or removed through the relevant backup process. There is currently no single automatic deletion period covering every type of account information.

As part of reviewing your request, we will explain relevant retention limits and the expected next steps. We do not promise immediate deletion from every system or backup.

8. Messages, Shared Copies, and Search Results

Other people may have saved, downloaded, copied, or shared your content. Deleting information from our website does not automatically remove copies held by recipients, external websites, or search engines.

A conversation may also contain another person's contributions. We will review message-related requests in that context rather than promise deletion of every copy of a conversation.

9. Google Sign-In and External Services

Removing Shop Rani Studio from your Google account's connected services does not itself delete your website account or the information already stored here. Submit a separate deletion request to us.

Information you independently submitted to external AI tools or other websites must be managed through those services. Our account deletion process does not delete your accounts with other providers.

10. Processing and Confirmation

Processing depends on identity verification, the scope of the request, linked services, and any retention requirements. This page does not promise a fixed completion deadline.

We will communicate the outcome of the review, including the action taken and any relevant information retained. If you need an update, reply to your existing request rather than sending multiple separate submissions.

11. Removing Specific Information

You can request removal of specific information without asking to close your entire account. Clearly identify the information and its location.

If another member posted your personal information, send the exact page link through Contact Us and explain the concern. You do not need to own that member's account to report a privacy issue.
