This Privacy Policy explains how PromptPic24 , operated by Rahul Sarkar, handles information when you browse our website, create an account, share content, contact us, or use available community and creator features.

• Profile details: Information you choose to add, such as a profile photo, biography, mobile number, or social links.
• Content: Photos, videos, prompts, titles, tags, comments, and other material you submit.
• Messages and support requests: Messages, attachments, contact details, and information submitted through contact, reporting, or messaging features.
• Creator payment information: UPI ID or bank details you submit for payouts, together with withdrawal requests and payment records.

Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or unrelated financial information in posts, messages, or support requests.

2. Usage and Technical Information

Website activity may be recorded, including viewed posts, viewing history, likes, prompt copies, referrals, and engagement counts. These records support account features, content discovery, performance measurement, and creator earnings calculations.

Certain anti-abuse checks use a hashed identifier derived from a visitor's network address and, in some cases, browser information. Hashing does not necessarily make this information anonymous. Hosting and delivery services may also process IP addresses, request details, and technical logs when serving the website.

Direct messages and attachments are processed to deliver the messaging feature and are visible to their recipients. Recipients can save or share what you send. Do not assume that website messaging provides end-to-end encryption.

5. Google Sign-In

If Google Sign-In is available and you choose to use it, we receive information permitted through the sign-in process, such as your Google account identifier, email address, verification status, and name. We use this information to create or authenticate your website account. We do not receive your Google password.

You can review connected services in your Google Account settings. Disconnecting Google access does not itself delete your Shop Rani Studio account or its stored information.

Retention varies by record type; this website does not currently provide one automatic deletion period for all account data.

To request permanent deletion, email rahulsarkar3088@gmail.com with the subject Privacy / Data Deletion Request. Include your username and registered email address. Please do not send your password.

Requests require review and identity verification. Some records may need to be retained for legal, payment, security, or dispute purposes. Backups and copies held by recipients or third parties may not be removed immediately.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You can edit available profile fields and payment details through your account. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Where processing relies on consent, you may request to withdraw it. This may affect related features and does not necessarily require deletion of records retained on another lawful basis. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns your own account.

11. Security

The website includes controls such as password hashing, authenticated account access, and anti-abuse checks. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and avoid sharing login or verification codes.

12. Children and Personal Information
