PromptPic24, operated by Rahul Sarkar, respects creators' rights. This page explains how to report suspected copyright infringement and request a review if your content was removed by mistake.
We review copyright complaints under applicable law and our platform rules. References to the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) apply where that legal process is applicable. This page does not claim that the website has a registered U.S. DMCA agent or automatically qualifies for legal protection.
1. Content Ownership
Creators retain any rights they hold in their submissions. We do not claim ownership of every photo, video, or prompt appearing on the website.
Uploading content, adding a watermark, or displaying a creator name does not by itself establish ownership. Contributors must have the rights or permissions necessary to share their material.
Permissions granted to Shop Rani Studio for hosting and displaying submissions are described in our Terms of Service.
2. Copying and Reusing Content
A public post or download button does not automatically grant unrestricted permission to republish, resell, or commercially exploit the material.
Check the relevant licence, creator permissions, and third-party rights before reuse. Giving credit is not a substitute for permission where permission is required. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
3. AI Images, Videos, and Prompts
Our platform includes AI-generated and digitally edited content. We do not promise that every AI output or prompt carries exclusive copyright protection or is free of third-party rights.
When reporting AI-related content, identify the specific work and protected material you believe was copied. Explain the connection between your work and the reported submission. Please do not rely only on a general similarity in theme, subject, or visual style.
4. Send a Copyright Complaint
If you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the owner, email rahulsarkar3088@gmail.com with the subject Copyright Complaint.
Please include:
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of the original work, with an original link or a description that lets us identify it.
- The exact Shop Rani Studio URL for each disputed item.
- An explanation of the alleged infringement and your ownership or authority to act.
- Helpful supporting material, such as original files or licence information, where available.
You may also use our Contact Us form for an initial report. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, or unrelated identity documents.
5. Formal DMCA Notices
Where the U.S. DMCA process applies, a formal notice must include identification of the copyrighted work and disputed material, its location, your address, telephone number, email address, and a physical or electronic signature.
It must also state your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law, and confirm that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
Consider applicable permissions and copyright exceptions before submitting a notice. Copyright registration documents are not required for an initial report to our platform.
6. How We Review Reports
We review reports and may request missing details, contact the uploader, or restrict access while investigating. Where appropriate or legally required, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly.
A complaint does not automatically establish infringement. Review depends on the information provided and applicable requirements. We do not promise a fixed outcome or a universal processing time.
We may notify the uploader of the complaint and explain how to request a review, unless restricted by law or a legitimate safety concern.
7. If Your Content Was Removed by Mistake
Email us with the subject Copyright Removal Review. Include your username, the removed post's URL, and an explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect. Attach relevant permission, licence, or ownership information where available.
An ordinary platform appeal is different from a formal DMCA counter-notification, which carries legal declarations.
Where applicable, a formal counter-notification must include your signature; identification and former location of the removed material; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
It must also include consent to the relevant U.S. federal district court's jurisdiction—or, if outside the United States, a district where the service provider may be found—and acceptance of service from the complainant or its agent.
Under the applicable DMCA process, restoration generally occurs 10–14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notice, unless notice of a qualifying court action is received. Independent platform-rule violations may still prevent publication.
8. Repeat Violations and Misuse
We may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Do not re-upload disputed material to bypass a removal or account restriction.
Do not use copyright complaints to harass creators, suppress lawful criticism, or claim rights you do not hold. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences and may result in platform restrictions.
9. Information in Complaints
Information submitted with a complaint or appeal may be shared with the affected uploader, claimant, service providers, advisers, or authorities as necessary to review or resolve the matter. Formal counter-notices may be forwarded to the original complainant.
Do not assume your submission will remain confidential. Provide only relevant information. Our Privacy Policy explains our broader data practices.
10. Other Content Concerns
Privacy violations, impersonation, harassment, and trademark concerns may require a different review from copyright claims. Report these through our Contact Us page and describe the issue clearly. You do not need to claim copyright ownership to report a safety or privacy concern.
