AI Content Disclaimer

Last updated: 21 October 2026

PromptPic24, operated by Rahul Sarkar, is a platform for discovering and sharing creative images, videos, and prompts. Please read the following information before using or sharing content from our website.

1. Creative Content, Not Proof of Reality

Images and videos may depict fictional people, imagined locations, stylised settings, or events that never occurred. Do not treat them as documentary evidence, verified news, or an authentic record without independent verification.

A depicted person, brand, or organisation should not be assumed to have participated in, approved, or endorsed the content.

2. Results Will Vary

Shared prompts are creative starting points. The same prompt can produce different results depending on the AI service, model version, settings, reference images, and generation process.

• We do not guarantee an exact match to an example image or video.
• Faces, clothing, colours, backgrounds, and compositions may change between generations.
• Video outputs may contain inconsistent movement, changing details, or visual distortion.
• A result may depend on editing or reference material beyond the text prompt.

3. Prompt Descriptions Are Not Certifications

Terms such as “8K,” “HDR,” “DSLR,” “cinematic,” “photorealistic,” or “identity lock” may describe a desired visual style. Their presence in a prompt does not verify the actual resolution, equipment, technical quality, or identity consistency of the output.

Check the downloaded file's properties and inspect the result before printing, publishing, or using it professionally.

4. AI Can Make Mistakes

AI-generated content may include incorrect anatomy, distorted hands, inaccurate lettering, inconsistent objects, misleading details, or cultural and historical inaccuracies.

Review each result carefully. Do not rely on an image or generated text to verify facts, translate important material, or establish someone's identity.

5. Real People and Reference Photos

Before uploading or using someone's photograph as a reference, make sure you have appropriate permission for the intended use. Avoid submitting private or sensitive images to unfamiliar AI services.

Do not use prompts or generated media to impersonate, defame, harass, sexually exploit, or deceive people. A face-matching instruction does not establish consent or permission to use a person's likeness.

6. Cultural and Devotional Artwork

Festival, mythological, historical, and devotional images may be artistic interpretations. Clothing, symbols, architecture, poses, and other details may differ from established traditions or historical sources.

These creations should not be presented as verified photographs of historical events, religious ceremonies, or supernatural occurrences. We encourage respectful presentation and thoughtful review of cultural details.

7. Ownership and Commercial Use

Availability on Shop Rani Studio does not establish that content is copyright-free, exclusively owned by the uploader, or cleared for commercial use.

Before using a prompt, image, or video commercially, check relevant creator permissions, licences, reference-material rights, and the terms of the AI service used. We do not provide a rights-clearance guarantee.

A copy or download button does not grant unrestricted permission to resell content or claim someone else's work as your own.

8. External AI Services

Prompts may be used with services operated by third parties. Those services control their own pricing, availability, generation limits, privacy practices, and usage rules.

Mentioning a tool does not imply an official partnership or endorsement. Review its terms before uploading images, sharing personal information, or purchasing access. Shop Rani Studio does not guarantee the performance of external tools.

9. Community Submissions

Members are responsible for accurately describing their submissions and having the necessary permissions to share them. Publication on the website does not mean every detail, ownership claim, or stated result has been independently verified.

Creators should identify AI-generated or substantially edited content when viewers might otherwise mistake it for a real photograph, event, or statement.

10. No Guaranteed Views or Income

Using a prompt or publishing a creation does not guarantee popularity, approval, audience growth, sales, or creator earnings. Examples and creative suggestions are not promises of financial results.

11. Responsible Use

Check the accuracy, suitability, permissions, and potential impact of content before sharing it. Follow our Creator Guidelines and Terms of Service.
